CAN I GET A REFUND?
Answer: If you see 'This product is not refundable' on a individual product page then no refund will be given. However, if a product is damaged or lost, this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED ON A PRODUCT I PURCHASED, HOW DO I ASK FOR ONE?
Answer: If you would like to request a refund, then please navigate to the orders page and select which order or product you want to request a refund for.
WHERE DO I GET MY DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCT IF PRE-ORDERED?
Answer: When the Pre-Order product is available, an email will be sent to all customers which bought the product. Also, the download of the product will be blocked until the product is available.
